The ESB is a COTS product provided by Axioma. Axioma invested in its own quality assurance.

The professional services developments are typically done according to the company process as follows:

• Version control using private repositories on Bitbucket

• Agile development including:

  • Sprints (2 or 3 weeks)

  • Epics / User stories / Tasks

  • Sprint Planning – negotiate the tasks for upcoming sprint

  • Sprint Retrospective – discuss how to improve the process at end of sprint

  • Sprint Review – present sprint outcome to stakeholders

  • Daily stand-up meetings (15 min max – synchronize tasks)

• Prefer stable working products/software over development

• Customer awareness
